Product Overview: A Replacement Soft Strap for Heart Rate Monitors in the USA, compatible with various Polar and Garmin devices.

Compatible with: - Polar H1, H10, H7, H9 Heart Rate Sensors - Polar Wearlink and Nike + Heart Rate Monitor - Garmin HRM Dual Transmitter (excluding Garmin Premium Heart Rate Sensor)

To Use: 1. First, ensure proper hydration by moistening the plastic electrode areas on the strap's reverse side. If textile electrodes are present, gently wet them under running water.

1. Attach the connector securely to the strap, adjusting its length to fit snugly yet comfortably around your chest, ensuring a snug yet comfortable fit.

2. Position the strap around your chest, just beneath your pectoral muscles, and fasten the hook to the strap's opposite end.

3. For optimal heart rate signal accuracy, verify that the moist electrode areas are firmly in contact with your skin and that the Polar logo on the connector is centered and upright.

Strap Sizing Guide: - XS to S: 22 to 33 inches - M to XXL: 28 to 52 inches - XXXL: 42 to 77 inches

Please note, this strap is designed to be worn directly below the chest muscles or breasts. The sizing chart applies to the following measurements: XS to S (22 to 33 inches), M to XXL (28 to 52 inches), and XXXL (42 to 77 inches). Ensure you choose the correct size based on these guidelines. The strap does not work with the Garmin Premium Heart Rate Sensor.
